FALL HITTING PROGRAM

Our Fall Training Program will help increase your Exit Velocity, Strength, Power, and improve your Approach and Pitch Recognition.

PROGRAM DETAILS

3 days a week of personalized, after-school hitting training, including strength and movement

Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings (7:30-9:00) and Sundays (10:00)

Individualized and fully preplanned Hitting and Strength and Movement program for each session

Flexible on start and end dates. Up to 16 weeks.

Starts as early as Tuesday, August 26, and runs through Saturday, Dec 13.

Just a $100 deposit to reserve your spot. Choose $1200 upfront or a $1300 payment plan at the button below. Flat Fee for the Program, regardless of the number of weeks attended. We are not offering a single-month option because getting better takes time.

Lock in on what you can control and make gains in strength, explosiveness, and agility. Focus on making gains before your upcoming high school season and make the jump. Only you can decide to go all in on offseason gains. Show up to practice in a couple of months stronger, quicker, and tougher.
