SUMMER HITTING PROGRAM
Transform your hitting this summer. Our elite, data-driven hitting program will increase your exit velocity, strength, and power and improve your approach and pitch recognition—with personalized coaching from pro-level coaches.
PROGRAM DETAILS
High School (8-12th grade), College & Pro
5 days a week of personalized, individualized hitter training (Mondays -Fridays)
Up to 12 weeks, May – August, flexible on start and end dates, adjustable around travel tournaments/ showcases. Select the start date.
Just a $100 deposit to reserve your spot.
$1250 upfront or three payments of $500 each.
Minimum of 8 weeks recommended for growth. Flat fee for the complete program, regardless of the number of weeks attended.
Start times for training groups are between 8:00 AM and Noon daily. Each group trains 2.5-3 hours daily

Lock in on what you can control and make gains in strength, explosiveness, and agility. Focus on making gains before your upcoming high school season and make the jump. Only you can decide to go all in on offseason gains. Show up to practice in a couple of months stronger, quicker, and tougher.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAYER ASSESSMENT
Every player receives a personalized baseline assessment—including pro-level data tracking and strength & movement metric discovery—to identify physical thresholds and target hidden areas for growth. This ensures customized throwing, hitting, and movement programs tailored specifically to each player.
SKILL-BASED GROUP TRAINING
Training begins at 8 AM in small, rotating groups organized by skill level. Groups are finalized through pre-program baseline assessments in late May. Expect 2.5–3 hours of daily training, including targeted skills work and personalized strength & movement training.
FLEXIBLE, PLAYER FOCUSED SCHEDULING
Flat-rate pricing covers the entire program, regardless of how many weeks your player attends (a minimum of 8 weeks is recommended for best results). We accommodate travel and tournament absences with remote training access and customized off-site workouts. Late-summer conflicts? We'll shift your player to an afternoon/evening slot to ensure they finish strong.
TWO-WAY UPGRADE OPTIONAL
If you would like to focus on two-way training, such as Pitching & Hitting, we will tailor your summer program accordingly. Expect one additional hour for the second programming daily. Secure your spot for one program and text to add the second program for an additional $600 for the summer.
